MOTORIZED INFEED ROLLER TABLE
Motorized infeed roller table, specially reinforced for slabs of variable thickness.
Can be loaded with either an overhead crane or a forklift.
It has built-in hydraulic cylinders that allow sheet alignment.
MOTORIZED ROTATING BELT CUTTING TABLE
Specially reinforced rotating belt cutting table with oversized, large-diameter drums for greater traction.
It has built-in positioning and rotation encoders for absolute control of both longitudinal and cross cuts.
The rotary table’s dual forward and reverse motion design allows for greater precision in cut alignment.
It includes a hydraulic brake and powerful oversized gearboxes for sheet loads and movements.

Specially reinforced motorized outlet belt table for variable thickness slabs. It features hydraulic forward and reverse motion. Wedge roller system allows for the closest possible proximity to the rotary table for material movement and separation from the rotary table for rotation from the longitudinal to cross cut positions.
N.8000/900-5C BRIDGE CUTTER
The N.8000/900-5C cutter is a machine with a robust and very compact design, designed to allow its users to enjoy ease of operation, achieving high production and great profitability.
Its highly precise mechanics and robust structure allow us to guarantee perfect operation, even in the toughest working conditions.
The heads have a very solid construction and are compact in size thanks to the incorporation of a special low-profile 25 HP motor at 1,500 rpm, allowing work with discs up to 900 mm.
The heads are guided along the bridge using high-precision linear guides, protected by rigid guards that prevent water and dust from entering the interior.
The heads are guided during the lifting movement by linear guides, and the drive is via a laminated ball screw driven by a worm geared motor.
Movement along the tracks is carried out on a combined system of linear guides and support rollers, driven by two mechanically synchronized rack-and-pinion units to prevent any possible misalignment. The entire track is covered by PVC bellows.
In the electrical section, it is worth highlighting the incorporation of frequency inverters, some of which allow independent adjustment of the disc revolutions, while others simultaneously control the speeds.
The electrical panel incorporates PLCs that manage all signal inputs and outputs, as well as control the frequency inverters, so that starts and stops are smooth and precise. The program incorporated into the PLC has been developed and refined by our technical team to simplify the operation and programming of the cutter as much as possible.
